Calling for GIC Volunteer!

- VOLUNTEERING PERIOD

: September 27, 2013 ~ March 21, 2014 (6 months)

- MAIN VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES:

•   GIC Talk: Host and monitor lectures, take photos and videos, connect with guest speakers, and

     run discussion club

•   GIC Foreigners Support: Translate/interpret, counsel foreigners through e-mail,

     write Gwangju News articles, update Gwangju Guidebook, and find information

•   GIC Library: Manage lending/returning books, manage database of donated books, and run Book Club

•   Promotion: Collect program news and write articles, promote programs offline and online, and

     run promotional booths in events.

- VOLUNTEERING BENEFITS:

•   All volunteers will receive a volunteer certificate upon completion

•   Gifts and prizes for outstanding volunteers

•   Opportunities to participate in cultural exchange events

•   Opportunities for working abroad and priority recommendation for recruiting interns and staff of the GIC
