CNU LINC+ Initiative and CNU affiliate companies agreed to cooperate to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and launched a promotional campaign to that end.

CNU LINC+ Initiative (Director: Professor Kim Jae-kook) signed the “Industry-Academic Cooperation MOU for Korea’s Response to COVID-19” with affiliate companies specializing in COVID-19 prevention at the Gwangju Bank Hall in Yongjigwan on November 4th. In addition, they donated the COVID-19 prevention products the affiliate companies developed for a public hygiene campaign they conducted at the CNU East Gate.

The affiliate companies took part in the campaign and their products are as follows: disinfectors from SM Bure Co. Ltd. (Chairperson: Hong Ki-sool), portable thermometers connected to cell phones from Wisdom & Vision Co. Ltd. (Chairperson: Jeong Yeon-soo), facial recognition thermometers from Yuni System Co. Ltd. (Chairperson: Yang Seung-ho), and hand sanitizers from Chansle Co. Ltd. (Chairperson: Lee Jeong-hoon).

On the same day, CNU LINC+ Initiative and affiliate companies, along with CNU students, held a community campaign titled “Overcome COVID-19 through Industry-Academy Cooperation” at the CNU East Gate area, distributing facial masks and quarantine guidelines to local residents.
