The College of Law, making preparations for the reform into law school
system in 2008, recruited four new professors.
Prof. Moon Hyong-sep, Prof. Park Hyu-sang, Prof. Kim Dong-ho, and Prof.
Nah Hyun are the new faces in the College. Including these four, the faculty
members of the College increased to 22.
The College plans to recruit more faculty members and increase the number
up to 50. In addition, the College will continue to develop educational
curriculums and instruction materials.

Prof. Moon Hyong-sup, 60, is a well-known legal expert with 22 years
experience as a public prosecutor. Moon entered the legal profession in
1974 as a prosecutor in the Busan District Prosecutors Office. Since
then, he worked in the Masan, Chunchun, Seoul, and Gwangju District Prosecutors
Offices. He served as a prosecutor in the Gwangju High Public Prosecutors
Office and as Chief Public Prosecutor at the Sunchon Branch Office. He
will teach the Criminal Act and the Criminal Procedure Act. With the cases
in Japan, he will introduce criminal cases in Germany and the U.S. as
well. Judicial researches on administration criminal law and economy criminal
code will be performed by Prof. Moon.

Prof. Park Hyu-sang, 58, entered the legal profession in 1974 as a prosecuting
attorney. He served as a public prosecutor for 19 years from 1977 in the
Seoul and Busan District Prosecutors Offices. He also served as Chief
Public Prosecutor at Gongju Branch Office and other offices. He will teach
company and commercial law and carry out research projects related with
commercial law changes and reforms.

Prof. Kim Dong-ho, 52, served as a judge at the Busan District Court,
Masan District Court, and Busan High Court from 1981 through 1991. He
started to practice law in 1991. Recently, he served as a professor at
Youngsan University. He will teach civil law, reality law, and obligation
law to students.

Prof. Nah Hyun, 41, served as a district judge at the Gwangju District
Court, Janghung District Court, and Inchon District Court. Since 2003,
he served as a general counsel for the Inchon Metropolitan City. Based
on his experience in legal profession, he will teach civil lawsuits to
students, especially who are preparing for the State Law Examination.
