Chonnam National University operates a variety of educational programs to enhance the social sustainability of public officials. These programs emphasize public consciousness, responsibility, gender sensitivity, unification consciousness, anti-corruption, and integrity, and require the participation of all employees. The primary goal of these educational efforts is to practice core public service values and competencies, contributing to the establishment of a healthy workplace culture and a fair society.

The curriculum includes education on integrity, prevention of the four major types of violence, unification consciousness, disability awareness improvement, child abuse prevention, and mandatory reporting for emergency welfare. These sessions are conducted with both internal and external instructors in face-to-face and online formats, and some are available via Chonnam National University's online education portal. All employees must complete a designated amount of training annually, and failure to comply can result in disadvantages during performance evaluations.

Through these educational programs, Chonnam National University supports public officials in leading sustainable development across various social aspects.

Below is a list of the educational activities conducted at Chonnam National University. (Extracurricular)
