Announcement regarding to 2012 Fall Semester Preparation.
Please check below for details for each parts.
[Class Registration]
1. Regular Registration
1) Date: August 16th(Thrus) - 17th(Fri), 2 days
2. Class Start: August 27th(Mon)
3. Add/Drop
1) Date: August 27th(Mon) - 31st(Fri), 5 days
4. Important Notice
- Before you register classes for 2012 Fall semester, be sure to change your personal information
such as email address, billing address, phone number etc on portal.
You shall take responsibility for not changing your information on portal and not getting important
notice.
[Tuition]
1. Tuition Payment
1) Period: August 20th(Mon) - 23rd(Thrus), 4 days
2) Place: Kwangju Bank or NongHyup
2. Down Payment Applying
1) Subject: students who wish to divide tuition payment into three times
2) Period: July 16th(Mon) - 27th(Fri), 12 days
* Once you complete the submision, please check the result during the application submission
period.

3. Important Notice
1) If one attempts to register classes without paying tuition, one shall get academic
probation under unversity regulation article 54 (1).
2) If one does NOT pay tuition within given period, one should be expelled from university.
[Student Service Hours]
1. Date & Time: Mon - Fri(business days ONLY), 1pm - 4pm
2. Starting from 2012 Fall semester, our office will have 'Student Service Hours'.
We will ONLY get concerns or inquiries during this time.
Please be sure to come on given time for effective and fast service.
3. Do NOT call to staff member's cell phone on weekends.
