Honam Base Center for Monitoring Carriers, followed by Regional Weather Changes\\
to positively cope with various contagious diseases. Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently established intelligence centers at major points while increasing numbers of outbreaks of aboriginal diseases to include scrub typhus, malaria, Japanese encephalitis and possibility to prepare for the inflow of foreign communicable diseases such as dengue fever, West Nile fever and the like. The center at CNU plans to establish a system for prevention of the breeding and extermination of mosquitoes and acari, carriers of communicable diseases by investigating regular frequency of appearance and monitoring changes to the appearance. It will also provide citizens with accurate information on outbreaks of diseases and put effort in educating and developing professionals in the field of carrier entomology for the next generation.
