The two Presidents, of Nong Lam and CNU Universities, Trinh Truong Giang and Kim Yoon-Soo respectively, concluded an agreement for academic exchanges at the President's Office of CNU. Bui Minh Tri, the head of Department of Plant-bio Engineering, accompanied President Trinh. In accordance with the agreement the two parties agreed to expand the scope of joint activities through student/faculty exchange programs and joint participation in international programs and to actively engage in joint research projects. The relationship between two Vet. schools finally expanded into one between whole universities in six years. It is expected that a more firm network would be constructed between two departments.
