Three internationally renowned professors in the U.S. visited CNU for 'Diagnostic Cytology for Clinical Veterinarians'. They are Dr. Don Meuten in Anatomical/Clinical Pathology at North-Carolina University who serves as the current President of ACVP (American College of Veterinary Pathologists), Dr. Thrall in Clinical Pathology at Colorado University and University of the West-Indies, the former President, and Dr. Stromberg at Ohio State University.

Prof. Park Nam-Yong said that he tried to sponsor this symposium to improve the quality of clinical veterinarian's diagnosis skills. He formerly invited the Korean branch of C.L.Davis Veterinary Science Foundation at CNU as one of the directors there. Especially, there arose wide attention from the related academic world for having those invited scholars enjoyed popularity at their lectures at the Pasteur Research Institute in Paris last April.
