With the aim of enhancing the university\\
s competitive power and to improve its department administration system, evaluations on the 92 departments will be made under a new criteria system, that is, 1) current state on students, 2) employment rate among graduates, 3) education participation of faculty, 4) efforts toward globalization, 5) performance in Education Competence Improvement Program and 6) a self-rescue effort. Departments with excellent outcome will be awarded with a 5 million won incentive. Faculty members will be provided with grades based on the result of this annual evaluation program
