The Ministry of Education and Science and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity awarded Park Cheol-ho for his right-minded character and thorough devotion to volunteering. He currently studies in the Department of Law. He dreams to be a lawyer for human-rights and has participated in various social services such as human rights education, counseling children and juveniles and mentoring activities after his experience of attending to his grandmother when he was a freshman. He came to know social issues regarding those who are disabled during that time.

Park said that 'I set the first principle of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as my philosophy of life. It reads, 'All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood." He will go on to law school to be an activist for those oppressed in society.
