Prof. Ham In-sun in the Dept. of Law, College of Law, has received the Award of Outstanding Young Scholar from Korean Public Law Association at the 39th annual meeting. The main objectives of the Association are the study, clarification and development of both constitution and public administration law. The Outstanding Young Scholar Award of the Association is presented annually to a distinguished scholar less than 45 years of age in recognition of his/her splendid research achievement in law. Prof. Ham has been recognized as a leading scholar specializing in local autonomy, cyber law, and administrative informatization. He has conducted many research works on the topics and presented research results to research societies with authorities since last year. In recognition of his distinguished achievements, he has been selected and honored as the award-winner.
