The election of the CNU Student Council and the CNU Female Student Council took place on Nov. 19 and 20. Three teams ran for President of the Student Council as candidates, however, any teams did not earn a majority vote at the election. According to the regulation, the elected shall be determined by more than one half of all votes cast by more than one half of voters eligible to vote in presidential elections for the Student Council. When there is no candidate with a majority vote, a runoff vote shall be conducted. The two teams running for a runoff vote are Kim Seongjin & Shim Jin and) and Moon Yong-deuk & Chung Dae-hwan. ChoiChoi Young-soon and ChaKim Jin-a won the presidential election of the Female Student Council with an approval rating, reaching up to 90 percent.
