Research Institute for Call Center Industry and Service Information Holds Its 11th Forum

The Research Institute for Call Center Industry and Service Information will hold its 11th Call Center Technology Management Forum at Room 315 (ECRC Lab) of Business Bldg. I. The forum will be held at 4 p.m. on Nov. 4. Department Manager Song Man-hee of MPC Ltd., CRM solutions & services, will participate in the forum as a lecturer and deliver a speech on \"Call Center Delivery Technology.\" The Research Institute hosts one or two forums a month in order to develop call center markets in nation and establish an infrastructure of information for call center industry. Through the forums, the Institute focuses on the investigation of call center markets, technology, and industrial policies. From the 10th forum, the Institute started to invite staff members of the call center business companies, which contributed to the development of call center industry in this region and in nation as well.
