[Memorandum of Understanding for the Activation of Female Professionals in Science and Engineering]

Chonnam National University (CNU) signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding with the Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Korea Center for Women in Science, Engineering, and Technology to actively engage in creating an ecosystem for the cultivation and professional growth of female talents in science and engineering in the Gwangju region.
The agreement institutions will also strive to enhance the competitiveness of Gwangju's female human resources, focusing on activating the entry of women professionals in science and engineering into the city's key future strategic industries.

In line with this, the CNU Women in Science and Engineering Support Center (headed by Han Eun-mi) has agreed to take the lead in jointly developing and operating programs for the 'cultivation of female professionals in science and engineering in the Gwangju region.' They will also share information and resources for employment, career, and job support, and create the necessary infrastructure for expansion and growth into companies and institutions.
