[Programs Specialized for Female Students]
 

1. "Career and Job Stories“
This program was operated to enhance the professional competence and job adaptation skills of young female professionals through sharing various cases of women’s social advancement. It also aimed to lay the foundation for life planning and boost confidence through stories from senior women about career development and career management at different life stages.

2. Female Engineering Talent Fostering (WE-UP) Program

This program was conducted to cultivate global female engineering professionals tailored to industry demands, enhancing core competencies tailored to the field and practical skills. The program included "Do it Yourself & Together Project," "Encouragement Camp," "Female Leader Invitation Mentoring," "Professional Research Talent Support," and "Next-Generation Female Leadership Education."

3. Overseas/Multinational Company Job Mentoring

The program, specialized for female students, was operated to improve the understanding of jobs in multinational companies through job mentoring and to ease the fear of entering foreign companies through practical education.

4. Courses on Self-Development and Employment Strategies for Women
 

The primary goal of these courses is to help female students concretize their career paths after graduation. This includes understanding basic knowledge related to gender issues, grasping the lifecycle of women and the labor environment for lifelong labor planning, and exploring and strategizing careers based on the vocational environment. These courses are operated for women.
