5.6.8 womens progress measures protects reporting discrimination

Chonnam National University has established guidelines to safely report corruption and protect the personal safety of victims of discrimination.

[Chonnam National University Guidelines for the Handling of Public Interest Reports and Protection of Reporters]

Purpose: The x-objective is to establish the procedures for the reception and handling of public interest reports made to Chonnam National University, and for the protection and support of whistleblowers, thereby contributing to the prevention of public interest violations and the activation of whistleblower protection systems.

[Chonnam National University Guidelines for the Receipt, Processing, and Protection of Reporters of Corruption]

Purpose: The purpose is to establish necessary matters for properly and efficiently performing the work related to the receipt and processing of reports of corrupt acts and violations of the public official's code of conduct, as well as the protection of reporters.

[Chonnam National University Guidelines on the Prevention and Handling of Human Rights Violations and Discrimination]

Article 5 (Protection and Confidentiality of Victims, etc.): The head of the Human Rights Center may request the president to protect the personal safety of the victim, such as separating the reported person (perpetrator) from the victim in terms of job assignments and workspace, taking into account the wishes of the person claiming to be a victim of sexual harassment or sexual violence.
