8.2.7 employment practice track pay scale
According to the Labor Standards Act and Chonnam National University's own wage standards, wages in all areas are paid on an equal basis without discrimination between men and women. (Please refer to indicator 8.2.6)
In addition to wages, the university checks to ensure that rights and obligations are not infringed upon due to gender, and publishes an annual Gender Equality Measures Implementation Report as basic data for establishing the vision and goals of our university's future women's policy.
